I don't agree with the guy's actions at all.
I don't really care about gun laws too much, but I think it's definitely wrong to shoot and kill a burglar unless they are hostile.
I can understand why he would do such a thing...I'd be afraid for my house and family about that burglar coming back for revenge if I wounded the guy and he got away or something like that...but killing a man for stealing just isn't right...a shot to the leg and I'd be ok with this.
I don't really have a problem with this guy, but I do think he should have served time or something.
