At this point it seems unlikely that it will ever happen. The sales for PS4+XB1 will most likely take deep dive next year. They already are down 40% this year even with COVID boost taken into account. Black Friday numbers are very weak next year. And I also think that the last year will be the last for these consoles before they get discounted and it doesn't seem like they will sell more than 10m combined next year.
