It shouldn't distract from the fact that Sony has a really bad refund policy.

Warner Brothers Interactive did that too with Arkham Knight on Steam without issues. You could refund the game even after you've finished the it. Taking care of customers who encounter such issues should be a pretty high prio in my book.
