What game series/developers have fallen off this past generation? (PS4/XONE)

Bethesda's my big one. Fallout 4 was okay but a huge step down from New Vegas. 76.... Jesus H. Christ.

I'd say BioWare if I liked BioWare to begin with, but I don't.
