The irony is that PC is usually the platform to get the bad optimization when this happens, not the other way around.

It's still poorly optimized on PC, simply overshadowed by the train wreck on the base consoles.
There are already 2,492 Technical 'discussions' on Steam for Cyberpunk (vs for example FS2020 252 PC & hardware discussions)
