Well, the criticism started with the state of base PS4 and XOne versions of the game. And the way CDPR hid those versions as long as possible. Which is in my opinion a valid criticism. But trashing other versions of the game is definitely an exaggeration. While there are bugs and dips, it is nothing we haven't seen before from western developers in big, loved games like Skyrim and Witcher 3.
