Nice article. I love how Nintendo just shrugs them off like, "If we work it out before Christmas fine, if not, oh well" lol. They are selling so much they dont even seem to really prioritize getting their console into the biggest chain there. Id be willing to wager these talks came from Harvey going back to Nintendo to try and working something out after being shocked by what happened.
