There's been no confirmation yet that PS5 won't be getting the next Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Doom, Wolfenstein, etc. They'll probably be just timed exclusives on Xbox Series for the first 6-12 months.

I personally don't think it's at all guaranteed that PS5 won't outsell PS4. Sure, Xbox Series hasn't stumbled as badly as Xbone did so far, but Xbone inherited a bigger install base to begin with thanks to the 360, while XS has still hardly set the world on fire and has yet to prove it'll win back any marketshare from PS in the long run.
