720p is the lowest it goes.
On avg its around 800p.
Its a cheaper console, and alot weaker than the series X or Playstation 5..... so it has to have compromises to reach that fps bar.
Also the temporal reconstruction, is supposedly really well done. That along with a sharpening filter, and it looks better than your avg 800p game would.
