If it was an iteration of a good or at the very least mediocore series then i'd agree with you.

 

This deserves a failcat. The 8-bit megaman was one of the best series in the Nes times. Gameplay is still more difficult and funner than many games today.

Second, the source for this was most likely the fake E3 roster.
