I'm sorry, there are the key facts of investors - one is OPM and the other is JOB.
Starting with JOB which by choice means 'just over broke' is what investors don't want, to avoid this they use OPM (other peoples money) to stay affloat, they need to manage their investment in the safest way possible, so they used the measure system that I went over in the third paragraph.
Also the link I gave about EA as I expressed does address the publishers dilema quite well, which reflects the Investors dilema.
