I'm just wondering what the headline will be for a 3080Ti, seeing how small the actual practical performance between a regular 3080 and a 3090. That's a really narrow gap. Aren't Ti versions historically at least about 15% faster? I seem to remember my 980Ti being a great deal better than its dad. It would have to outpace a 3080 with a decent margin for it to have any right to exist, but it can't very well beat the 3090 or even perform on the same level as it would lower the 3090's value proposition relative to the rest of the series. Alternately; the price the shit out of it and create artificial price points for minuscule performance increases compared to the lighter cards, which could go wrong if AMD prices their cards competitively (which they likely will). Damn, this is some intense shit.
