No they are definitely dropping the price next year. Switch will be entering it's fifth year and it will be the same price has the Series S. They are starting to drop price on accessories. I'm also thinking we should be seeing the Nintendo Select line coming next year as well.
And if the Pro rumours are true, i'm expecting them to drop the Switch by 100$ and put the pro at regular price/350$ and drop the lite to 150$
