Shinji Mikami- RE3 quality a bit lacking, Code Veronica should have been numbered

RE3 is better than Code Veronica, CV is sadly the weakest of the main line games and it shows in how horribly it has aged when you play it. It was style over substance meanwhile RE3 became the most replayable RE game until REmake and ironically REmake 3. CV has design flaws that are quite significant.
