Not sure, probable more similar to how Kinect 2.0 was used as a spying hardware by the US government 😏 too bad for them it never really sold and got into every home 🏡.

Nah, I'm talking about reporting someone in party chat which I've been able to do since Xbox 360 (I'm guessing it's no different on XB1).

And according to Microsoft: "After you file a complaint to report a player, it enters a dedicated queue that we monitor. We’ll investigate it and take action according to our policies."

Don't you think Sony and Microsoft evaluate reports in a similar way?
If that's the case, why do you think it's a problem on PS5 and not Xbox?
If not, how is Microsoft able to evaluate reports without reviewing what was said?

Your refering to the report system which you can tag a person for innapropriate content which affect your Xbox live reputation system.

There was no proof of inappropriate behavior with the report. No recording of conversation...  it was just a basic reputation system that would flag you if you got reported so many times.

I do believe that Microsoft might record video and audio footage and have the ability to review all of your message sent on the Xbox system.

None of really read or understand the terms of conditions we agree when first signing up on xbox.
