Its all about the devs. They're all going towards Wii projects now, which takes their time and funds away from developing for any other systems. Due to the Wii's major success, the future of the PS3 and XB360 libraries are in question.
Before anyone refutes, just think back to last gen - Ps2 pulled all the developers, limiting what came out on the other systems due to many exclusives. With the Wii, development is much more specific, thus making it harder to just release games across platforms.
