Actually, a double negative isn't used by people who say yes, but by people who are even more stuck on saying no. A person who says yes would say "should i kick this FUGLY man/chick to the curb and look for some decent man/chick to sex up? YES!
however in response to the OP, my answer is NO, or more specifically and accurately, my answer is GERD(General Encompassing Rejection/Denial) Anyone who asks you for an answer without telling you what question they're asking deserves to be GERDed. Whatever response they are hoping for is refused.
