I agree that older gamers are rather fond of Nintendo (those which did actually participate in the NES/SNES era). Good times, good times i must say.

Right now, just like many others, i don't understand what's with the need for super graphics, and why they should be the defining factor for the so called "next gen". Quite silly to tell the truth. Even more surprising is the need for so called "mature games". This imo is quite frightening to say the least. Little kids, imature grownups are the primary victims of the overflow of such games.

Of course there's a fine difference between such games as Postal and MGS4 and that not everyone is a brain dead monkey to crave only grotesque/gore games, but when after reading such posts:

"haha oh man i totally agree! i can't get enough of stabbing shit snipers who forget to toss up their claymores! or they put the claymores up so poorly i run by them and proceed to stab them."

on this very thread, one can only wonder what the hell happened to the so called "intelligent gamers"

Huh. Who would've thought that beggining anew in my real life would coincide with starting anew on vgchartz?

Any day now, the dollar will be worth less than 2 zloty......any day now.....and my life savings will be in total jepordy ;(.
