I don't see how this makes any sense. Both moves favor Nintendo.

Both favour each other. MS gets the publisher cut for Ori sales and Minecraft DLC purchases. Nintendo gets their cut too. Mutually beneficial. 



Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.
