That was my thought too watching the TGS stream; not sure whether it was youtube compression, but everything in the TGS showing looked so much more crisp and clean.
My previous impressions were that it looked just okay graphically, but now I'd say it's above average for the platform.
With so much of the Switch library being ports from other platforms, its interesting to see what can be achieved when devs build from the ground up for it.
