They'll keep their agreements in check, after that they can actually do whatever they want and whatever makes business sense to them. You know if Sony buys anything it too is allowed to do what it wants (and it does regardless of what people like to say).
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
