Horizon came out in 2017, I don't know if specs were finalised at that time maybe 2018 and we wouldn't have a PS4 version. It's unfortunate nonetheless. I do expect a PS4 version of GT7 but I'd be surprised if we saw anything else. 

The games being different don`t mean you got content striped that would justify it being sold for less than the other. And probably you would also complain if PS4 version was 60 and PS5 version was 70 wouldn`t you? And it is very silly to ask to strip the PS5 version of features because they aren`t possible on the PS4.

I feel like you didn't understand what I was saying. 

If the PS4 version was cheaper then fine. But Sony have already committed to next gen upgrades for free, so that would just mean ps5 owners could just save money and buy the PS4 version then upgrade to the ps5 version for free. That doesn't make much sense. Unless they abandon that and if you buy the PS4 version you'll have to pay more for the ps5 version.
