If the game was already in development and had the confirmation of the fast flying mount I don`t think that is being dropped from PS5 version. Either the flying in PS4 will be slow or will be blurry or removed from it only.

Just weird to have little removals like that, then you'd rightfully expect as a PS4 owner for the game to be cheaper. But Sony are doing free next gen upgrades so then you'd just buy the PS4 version and upgrade. 

So either they charge PS4 owners the same for a game with less content or they strip the ps5 version of perks and features. 

Horizon came out in 2017, I don't know if specs were finalised at that time maybe 2018 and we wouldn't have a PS4 version. It's unfortunate nonetheless. I do expect a PS4 version of GT7 but I'd be surprised if we saw anything else.
