If that size is indeed the case for this console, I can't help but think of the foot-in-door tactic MS is doing with proprietary memory expansions.  That's going to cost a pretty penny. 

Not sure if this person from Twitter is reliable but he tweeted some of the spec (needs to be confirmed?).
