Yes, you want to use Switch that wasn't officially represented in the country until now as evidence that digital is cheaper than physical... WiiU while still being supported had digital equal or more expensive.
Them for the thousand of PS4 titles you chose the ones that was more expensive physical (I'm not actually sure Persona was officialy released here anyway).
