I was expecting a valid reason to sue Microsoft, but really the snap feature. I would have felt bad if you might have lost access to your digital purchase or experience console failures. The only winner in all this is your lawyer. Microsoft probably has it in the fine prints that they can swap features and remove features at any time. I think snap feature was taxing on the system, I'm glad they removed it.

1. It is in the fine print. Either you agree with Microsoft or you can just stop using their device. Same as Sony's. But that was ruled unlawful.

2. Lawyer would only get paid if they won the lawsuit.

3. It's okay if you didn't like the feature. I liked it.

I never said I didn't like the feature, I used it at first to snap Netflix and achievement. But, it was never really working all that well. I think the trade-off for performance is worth it.

The snap feature should only be an obligation for the OG Xbox One. I don't think it should be mandated for all the post-Kinect Xbox one consoles release afterward. You commented on the HDMI-in, that's still a feature I use to this day. I got my switch dock connected to the HDMI-in.

As an Xbox fan, I don't know what your end goal is with this lawsuit. There were zero outcries when the snap feature was removed and like I said only the OG Xbox owners are really entitled to the snap feature.
