The only winner in all this is your lawyer. Microsoft probably has it in the fine prints that they can swap features and remove features at any time. I think  snap feature was taxing on the system, I'm glad they removed it.

1. It is in the fine print. Either you agree with Microsoft or you can just stop using their device. Same as Sony's. But that was ruled unlawful. 

2. Lawyer would only get paid if they won the lawsuit. 

3. It's okay if you didn't like the feature. I liked it.
