I was expecting a valid reason to sue Microsoft, but really the snap feature. I would have felt bad if you might have lost access to your digital purchase or experience console failures. The only winner in all this is your lawyer. Microsoft probably has it in the fine prints that they can swap features and remove features at any time. I think the snap feature was taxing on the system, I'm glad they removed it.
