I view it like this the apple store is IE with IE having the option to block all other browsers.
The google store is IE with IE allowing other browsers but having to use IE in the background, which you can bypass by having a usb with a different browser preinstalled.
Just make it so that IE makes it possible to download and use other browsers without interference.
Its silly on pc and mac you can do whatever but phones/mobile devices are locked
