If that's what they want to do then yeah, it's within their rights. It's not a matter of liking it or not.

That's the whole point. The 30% might suck for the consumers and it's an interesting debate in itself, but what you guys are suggesting is that Apple is a criminal for doing what they want with their own... business. Don't buy from them if you don't like. You can live without a phone.
