You can sideload in iOS without jailbreak... the issue here is that the system would need an .ipa file to sideload in the first place, and we don't have a full fledged one just yet.
But yeah, fuck BOTH. I'm going Huawei just so spite them.
Yes, the service does not use GMS and even if it does you can install microG to use the services without Google knowing.
