I mean, there would be 2 humans involved, and only one of them would actually be able to consent since the other wouldn't exist yet. So it's impossible to get consent from both parties.

Isn't the real ethical issue from the perspective of the cloned person too? Just imagine how psychologically damaging it would be to discover you were grown in a lab as a clone of somebody else.

I mean, you aren't ever asked if you want to be born. Whether by sex, test tube or cloning. 

I'm sure children that are the product of rape have similar feelings. But if I was a clone I wouldn't feel happy about it, but I wouldn't kill myself or wish I wasn't born.
