I know this is somewhat off topic but can someone explain how accuracy is determined? I was curious because I got my winnings back and was confused on why

100,000 out of 150,000 was 52 percent and not 66 percent or why 105,000 out of 200,000 was 42 percent and not somewhere near 50%
