The other side of the argument is xbox exclusivies have alot of 60's rated metascore games. Often released with glitches, unstable, buggy.. ect.

Crackdown 3 - 60.
ReCore - 63.
Super Lucky's Tale - 64.
Bleeding edge - 66.
Disneyland Adventures - 66.
Sea of theives - 69.
Zoo Tycoon - 68.
State of Decay 2 - 66.
Quantum Break - 77.
Even something like Halo Masterchief collection, which reviewed fine, was also really buggy for years.
