Just checked and Halo 5 charted with 7,4k copies in 2015. Can't think of anything since then that might have charted.

As far as I know the strongest sales week ever for an xbox game in Japan was Tales of Vesperia which debuted at 106k in 2008. Boosted the 360 to a whopping 25k sales that week. Incredible.

Edit: Actually it turns out Star Ocean: The Last Hope beat Vesperia by quite a bit at 164k in 2009. Hardware was around the same though.
