This is where we notice a big difference in terms of the Top 30, as there are far fewer Nintendo games here.

Minecraft continues to be a huge IP in Japan and has topped the chart despite only coming out in May. 

Elsewhere we see Square Enix and Arc System Works in the top spots with Futari de! Nyanko Dai Senso a game that had over 300K downloads on the 3DS doing great in 3rd spot. CupHead is the first western indie in the chart, but Dead Cells, Overcooked!, Cities, Stardew Valley, Northplay, and many others make the Top 30.

The great thing about this chart is the wide abundance of different smaller companies finding success in Japan, I'm not familiar with most but it's great to see.
