I did my favorite games of the year, but I also did honorable mentions as well. I guess that's cheating, but there were some years where too many great games would have gone overlooked.
Weirdly, my runners-up list probably looks more interesting, since I'm a fan of games by series. There's an awful lot of Zelda in my GOTY lists, for example.
