Honestly, I think that they are preparing a several tier Gamepass solution, and they are getting rid of Gold, for better overall visibility of their product, and to become less confusing for the end-user. I hope Sony will follow and won't go down on a different route. |
Makes sense since their very own games on PC and Steam don't require a membership to play Multiplayer etc.
