Russia and Spain are ~8000 of that.
Ukraine + Romania (eastern europe) make up another ~2k.

Its again spreading, and not dropping.

Well, it is not gonna stop until there is a vaccine, more waves are bound to happen and will be a necessary evil to retain a more normal living. We can't all play on super easy mode like New Zealand.
