Fun fact: Europe, which has a population of over twice the US, is doing around 15k daily cases. That is while most European countries have almost fully opened up again.

Russia and Spain are ~8000 of that.
Ukraine + Romania (eastern europe) make up another ~2k.

Spain is haveing a 2nd wave it looks like..... this virus man.
Its again spreading, and not dropping.
