You can obviously make those yourself if you have the bricks though, the mechanism stays the same, just build something else in it.

It appears to just "autoplay" though with no actual input besides just turning a crank to make it scroll.

Some way to actually make it "playable" in a physical form would've made for an awesome little novelty.
