Considering its games we are talking about I would not say an 84 is very good. Its pretty decent, but kind a on par with games with the same budget. Nioh 2 had an 85, assasins creed oddesey an 83. So pretty decent but definitely not top tear. The difference in quality between a 90 meta and 85 meta score is usually bigger than between 75 and 84.
