If you just want a chart for right now I can put one together in like 5 minutes. But adding it to the site as a dynamic graph is a little more involved and something I don't really have the access to do. The best thing would probably be to PM ioi with the suggestion.
I think the easiest way to implement would be date selection boxes for all three data sets. In short each console choice would have two drop boxes with dates next to it and the 2nd and 3rd set could have a check box for "Same as above".
