And here I am still chugging along with my i5-4670k.
CPU: i5-4670k @4.3ghz
Ram: 16gb 1600mhz DDR3
GPU: GTX 1660 TI
Storage: 480gb Sandisk Plus SSD + 2TB HDD
PSU: Be Quiet Straight Power 11 550W
Case: Cooler Master Silencio S400
Motherboard: ASUS B85M-G
Though to be fair the only game I've found my CPU can't meet my performance standards on is Assassin's Creed Origins (and presumably Odyssey) that game does not play well with only 4 threads, drops to 48fps in busy areas. Every other game I played I've got no difficulty hitting 1080@75hz.
