Yeah, I dont think theres anyway you can do it safely with so many new cases each day.
It would just further spread.
Somehow I picture the USA doing it, without any planning, and magically things are just back to normal.
No social distanceing, no hand sanitizers/hand washing, no masks, nothing.
And ofc that ends well... how could it not?
