I think the opinion is there is vastly more of it on the Switch, than the PS4.
Basically take every game of that level on the PS4, and theres like 10 or 100 times that amount on the Switch.

Is that actually true though, or is it just an assumption?

If the PS Store will let in games like Life of Black Tiger and The Unknown City, I'm sure its teeming with shovelware, just like every successful system ever.
