Florida had ~11,500 cases today so far..... another record high.

Thats so close to New Yorks 11506 peak. Florida is going to look really bad late July.

Supposedly they check the list for double positives, ei. people tested or noted down twice.
However they dont do the same for the negative tests (ei people who go get tested often, and then are negative twice).

A person on twitter is claiming the "real" positivity rate isnt the reported 14,1% listed, but actually 17,58% (because of this).

Also some tests can take upto 14days to get results back.
What is even the point of testing people, if you have to wait 14 days to get results?
Like if you cant give people results faster than that, dont even bother testing them.

Hell even the 5days max to get results back is too long.
Honestly people that get tested should have results within 1-2 days, so they can try to avoid spreading it to others, if they know they have it.

Florida is screwed.

Remember flordia fired Rebekah Jones, a scientist that refused to fudge numbers (and thus got fired? in florida).
She claims florida DoH removes deaths from time to time, so it appears less than it is.
That they dont count "non-residence" that die in hospitals, in florida.
If your a illegal, or from out of flordia (another state) and get deathly sick and die (in florida), you just arnt counted.
