If the athletes are okay with it then sure. It sucks to exclude them but it's unfair for MTF athletes to compete with females but it's also unfair for them to compete with males due to testosterone suppression. Same how it's an unfair advantage for FTM athletes to compete with females whilst also being unfair for them to compete with males.
A seperate league would be cool but there aren't enough Trans athletes for that.
There's only 2 races: White and 'Political Agenda'
2 Genders: Male and 'Political Agenda'
2 Hairstyles for female characters: Long and 'Political Agenda'
2 Sexualities: Straight and 'Political Agenda'
