360 the first 2 or 3 years, ps3 the rest. ps3 had more great games, ps3 wins.
Wii had some great games as well but as usual I only really played Zelda and Mario on it.
ps3 was dire though the first year, I'm glad I had all 3 systems that gen. I still wouldn't mind to play a remastered Lair without the awful motion controls. The game was actually quite interesting, albeit mostly unplayable.
