Panned by critics or by gamers? I'm gonna assume either/or:
- Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water. Sure it did have a bit too much backtracking, but this was more than made up for by its superb atmosphere and genuine creepiness.
- DMC 2013. Not having much of an attachment to old school Devil May Cry I enjoyed it on its own merits, for its bombastic style and satisfying combat.
- Epic Mickey. Yeah, the camera was janky, but as a whole I found it a wonderful throwback to the 3D platformers of the PS1/N64 golden age.
